All of your key objectives are extremely important to us and before you commit to anything we endeavour to provide you with designs and conceptual ideas so you can visualise the completed project.

We will look holistically at all your requirements, discharging the legal obligations and ensuring that your new accommodation meets fully with your objectives. We will liaise with Building Regulations and the Planning department where this is required.

Before we give you a quotation, scaled designs and conceptual ideas will be submitted to you for approval and once a layout and specification has been agreed, we can look at putting together a quotation that reflects your budget and exact requirements

We will take care of site surveys, on-site planning, identification of specialist designers to provide a cohesive design solution underpinning your specific requirements. This can be supplemented where required with 3D visuals, rendered drawings, generated video walkthroughs, we handle all aspects of the project so you don’t have to.

We will be on hand until your project has been completed and beyond, whether it’s a refit, refurbishment or relocation, we aim to create as little disruption as possible.
